Triangular Core: The foundation of the S1 is a solid, geometrically stable stainless-steel triangular hub
Slotted Stabilizer Feet: Extending from the core are three wide, flat base plates. These plates feature elongated slots that reduce overall weight without sacrificing footprint, while also allowing the shooter to bolt, strap, or securely anchor the rest directly to a shooting bench for zero movement during heavy recoil.
Industrial Hardware: The chassis is held together by heavy-duty hex bolts and nuts, giving it a rugged, mechanical aesthetic that emphasizes durability and ease of maintenance.
Primary Coarse Adjustment: The center of the rest features a thick, telescopic vertical column. Shooters can make rapid, coarse height adjustments by sliding the column up or down and locking it firmly in place using the prominent, knurled locking knob on the side.

The LDT S3 represents the pinnacle of European dual-use engineering.
